Question Doctoring video in PS

Hi there.

So I have imported a 6 sec video sequence (avi) into PS C4 of a steady landscape shot with a lot of blue sky. Unfortunately there is a black spot on the lense. So PS lays it out in 144 single frames.

I mess with the first picture, do evt. some color correction too, but do i have to repeat this 144 times before finishing the 6 sec sequence?

Isn't it possible just to copy and paste the filters/color corrections so i do not have to manually work my way through all 144 frames?

Cheers
