Mainly because it has provisions that will make it difficult for videographers and independents to do business. Among other things your ISP may have to spy on you and cut off your internet access if they suspect copyright violations—you get no legal recourse. (BTW who do you think pays for that!)

Write your congressman and kill this treaty before its too late. Its a sell out to the big studios and intended to suppress independent film makers and videographers.
